What this test measures

The Reflex Test measures simple reaction time: the delay between a visual signal and your response. Wait for the screen to change, then tap. Five rounds are averaged into one millisecond score.

Simple reaction time is one of the oldest measurements in experimental psychology, in continuous use since the 1880s. Most adults land between 200 and 300 ms on visual tasks. Anything under 200 ms on a touchscreen is elite; device lag and screen refresh add real overhead, which is why your score is compared against the same-device field rather than a lab baseline.

Reading your score

Sleep, caffeine, and fatigue move reaction time by tens of milliseconds. the Reflex Test feeds the Reaction domain of your Scoreborn GPA.

Your Scoreborn GPA combines every graded test you take into one 0.0–4.0 score.
